First of all our group and another group had gotten the train from Stoke D'abernon all the way to London waterloo. During the 40 minute train journey we had got several shots from sitting down, where later on we also started filming our Vlog for a separate post, we also captured several iconic shots of buildings, for example the Shard and the London Eye, from there we also managed to get a shot falling a plane flying in the sky, which we were hoping would be a good shot for and establishing shot or a certain flashback shot for our trailer. But our main focus for going today was to get certain establishing shots, as well as panning shots and rising shots, although we also attempted to get a time-lapse shot but we ended up getting impatient and walking off to several other places for example we went on several bridges to capture many other panning shots and iconic shots.
After getting quite a few low angle shots of the London Eye, we then decided that we would take a long shot of big ben, but we used a special camera lenses to zoom in, this is handy because Ieuan had brought his new camera with him, so we were able to have shot in more High Definition
